Tip Number 6, Indiegogo works exactly like Kickstarter other than, Indiegogo having flexible goals, which helps you keep all funds gained even if you don’t reach your goal, which obviously unlike Kickstarter which takes all the funds away if you don’t reach your goal.

Tip Number 7, Sponsorship can help you gain investment into your film. Using product placement in your film can help generate more fudning as it will raise brand awareness of the product, at the same time will also give the production company more money to create the film.

Tip Number 8. Creative Desk Europe, this MEDIA sub-programme offers a number of funding schemes for the film industry including Single Project and Slate Development funding as well as production funding for drama, animation and documentary projects intended for TV broadcast.

Tip Number 9. Investors, can lend you money when first creating your film or project. In return they will usually ask for a percentage of the profit made from your film and a feature in the credits of your production.

Pre sales and Co-productions, this is when you sell your movie cheap up front (presales), and hook up with producers in other countries to mop up the soft public money. Although this can work but it is arduous to set up. Additionally, you will now have financial partners all over the world who will want to exercise creative control.
